If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully collected, any applicable refund will be processed according to our Order Issues Policy and applicable law.

7. Made-to-Order / POD Fulfillment

Stavalian operates using a print-on-demand fulfillment model.

Products may be produced specifically after an order is placed. As a result, orders may enter production or fulfillment shortly after purchase.

Because products are made on demand, customer-requested returns, exchanges and refunds are generally not offered except for eligible product or fulfillment issues and as otherwise required by applicable law.

Please review the product details, size guide, colour, quantity and shipping information carefully before placing an order.

8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact Stavalian as soon as possible after placing the order.

Because orders may enter production or fulfillment shortly after being placed, cancellation may not be possible once production or fulfillment has started.

Any eligible cancellation or refund will be handled according to our Order Issues Policy and applicable law.

9. No Standard Returns, Exchanges or Refunds

Stavalian does not generally accept customer-initiated returns, exchanges or refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Product not fitting as expected
Change of colour preference
Change of design preference
Ordering by mistake
No longer wanting the product
Choosing the wrong product

This restriction does not limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Indian law.

For genuine defective, damaged, misprinted or incorrectly fulfilled products, please refer to our Order Issues Policy.

10. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is genuinely defective, damaged, misprinted or different from the product ordered, you must contact Stavalian within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs, videos, packaging information, order details or other reasonable evidence to verify the issue.

After verification, Stavalian may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund where applicable.

Please do not return a product without receiving instructions from Stavalian.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, operational disruptions, remote locations or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

12. Incorrect Delivery Information

Stavalian is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the customer.

Incorrect email address
Failure to receive delivery

Additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply where applicable.
